Return and Refund Policy
If the product was delivered to you was damaged or not working (dead) then we will take the return and immediately provide the same new product at no extra cost, we have 7 Days Replacement policy in case of unused products. Defective items will be replaced with same model new product. If a wrong product is received due to Sportsanta mistake then that must be returned in an original condition as received in an unused condition with all seals/tags intact. If required we will process the refunds in the same mode of payment you choose while making the payment. Important – Please open the package in front of Delivery Boy and check for complete content of the product and damages. If there is any theft or damage, do not accept the parcel and do not sign the courier POD (Pay on Delivery). In case, courier doesn’t allow opening of the package without signing POD, sign the POD, take the parcel but ask the courier to stay back to check the parcel in front of him and if any issue is found put the proper comment below your signature. If customer fails to do so, any claim regarding missing or damaged item will not be entertained. Regarding Damaged Items in transit, you have 48 hrs to inform us about the same and Regarding manufacturing defective item you have 7 Days to inform us about the same with proof.
- Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags/barcode, labels, and invoices. If original manufacturer packing on product is removed or tampered then we don’t consider the product is damaged in transit or shipped from our end.
- Returns on used products / Broken Tags will not be accepted.
- Replacement of good/product or refund costs will not be made until the original good/product is received by us and your claim verified.
- We aim to process refunds and replacements within 3 days of receipt by us of the original product/good.
- All Healthcare, Supporters products are non-returnable.
- Refund on an order will be done once, there are no Multiple Refunds on a single order.
- There can be 5-10% of color difference possible in the shown picture and received product due to the calibration of the desktop/mobile screen. So, such orders will not be count under defective or any other issue.
- If Return/Replacement approved due to not our mistake or change in size required, then you need to send through own courier at own expenses.
- If requested replacement size is not available then it’s on management to approve the replacement or not.
- Bulk Quantity orders are not eligible for any return or refund.
- Any product purchased during a Sale time (either few hrs sale or several days sale), such products not eligible for return/refund/replacement.
- If Replacement/Store Credit is processed then that can only be processed once and not more than that.
